DSMA Live: Life on T1

We hope you will join us for our next episode of DSMA Live when our guest will be Alanna Swartz, diabetes blogger, advocate and the moderator of Canada’s twitter chat, @theCANDOC.


Alanna is a communications professional by trade, specializing in public relations and social media use.  She was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 1990 and is still going strong.

She  blogs about diabetes at Life on T1. Alanna on her blog, “I find we are always talking about being low or high and the effects that diabetes can have on ones brain can be like doing drugs, hence “on T1″. I intend to write about my day-to-day life with diabetes with a sprinkling of product review.”
