After Thoughts: Wil Dubois – Life After Dx

On April 5, 2013 by Scott K. Johnson

William “Lee” Dubois is a fascinating friend. He’s a man of many names, and almost as many talents. He’s scary smart, almost entirely self-educated, and has a real talent for teaching through storytelling.

We heard about how he transitioned from message boards to his own blog, which is an entertaining story in its own right. We covered the many changes in his employment, and how he eventually landed making a real difference to people living with diabetes in one of the most diabetes-dense counties in the nation.

We ran out of time way too fast, and could have easily talked with Wil for another hour. I do hope you’ll take the time to listen, I don’t think you’ll regret it.

Wil’s books can be found at Red Blood Cell Books (traditional print, ebooks, and now in also in audio format).
