After Thoughts: Christina “Tina” Roth – College Diabetes Network

On March 22, 2013 by Scott K. Johnson

Tina has put together an incredible organization that is starting to absolutely blossom. She’s found a way to create robust, yet adaptable, resources for college students who live with diabetes. With nothing more than a simple request from an interested student, Tina and her group can drop in an amazing structure to get some awesome peer support going at that campus.

It was such a treat for the DSMA team to talk with Tina about her diabetes story, the idea for the College Diabetes Network, where they are today, and where they see themselves in the near future. I was so impressed with the foresight that she and her group have to make these resources so easily available and sustainable, including resources for concerned parents.

It was a very fun show, and I hope you’ll share some of your time to listen.
