June DSMA Blog Carnival
Diabetes is largely a self-managed condition, with either ourselves or our caregivers doing most of the day-to-day work. But visits to our heath care providers are very important too! This month we’re going to explore a question from the May 30th : “Tips & Tricks: Visiting your Doctor” chat and talk about those visits with our health care providers . . .
Do you get nervous or stressed when you have to go to your endo/doc appointment?
Why or why not? Be honest.
We can also take the question one step further and explore what you think health care providers could do to help patients feel more relaxed and comfortable at appointments.
Don’t forget to come back to this post and link your carnival post in the comments. Also please add the following line to your post: “This post is my June entry in the DSMA Blog Carnival. If you’d like to participate too, you can get all of the information at http://diabetessocmed.com/2012/june-dsma-blog-carnival-2/“
