Kyle J. Rose, Founder of Delta PM Diabetes, T1D
Kyle J. Rose is the founder of Delta PM Diabetes where he serves as managing director and principal consultant focusing on chronic disease management in health care. His main interest is diabetes and he advises a number of organizations in this sector by developing and executing client campaigns for products including insulin, drug delivery devices, and blood sugar monitoring devices as well as non-profit collaboration initiatives and medical/patient community outreach. Kyle is particularly interested in the aspect of patient engagement and motivation for better treatment outcomes.
Kyle also has worked with Team Type 1 where he was a founding member, director and cyclist. This non-profit organization uses professional and amateur athletes to raise diabetes awareness globally and instill hope and inspiration in patients and their families. It does so via grass-root activities in the diabetes community as well as through patient outreach by a team of professional athletes with diabetes who compete in major cycling competitions around the world.
During his more than ten years of experience in the diabetes industry, Kyle has held positions in research and development, sales and marketing, and general management. He earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University in New York and his Masters of Business Administration
(MBA) from INSEAD in France and Singapore. He is currently a Visiting Faculty-Executive in Residence at the INSEAD Social Innovation Centre’s Health Care Management Program. Kyle divides his time between the United States and Europe and speaks regularly to medical and patient
communities at diabetes conferences around the world.
