  • Q1. What are your thoughts on following a diabetic diet?

-I think moderation, rather than a “diet” is the key.

Q2. Do you try to stay within certain carb counts at your meals?

-Nope. I eat what I feel like eating, if it’s a lot of carbs, so be it. If it’s not, awesome!

Q3. What meal do you struggle the most with?

-Breakfast. I rarely feel hungry before 10am, so I rarely eat it..but I know I should be.

Q4. Any secret recipes? (something that works every time you eat it)

    -Nope.

Q5. Is there anything you have put on your no-no list?

-Not that I can think of. Bagels used to be on the “very rare” list, but they actually cause less problems then a lot of “good” things for diabetics.

Q6. What are your thoughts on the new food plate? is it overrated?

    -..new..food…plate?

Q7. What is favorite snack? meal or recipe?

-Ritz crackers (regular recipe except less salt) with plain goat cheese!
