Positive thinking is contagious

On August 4, 2011 by Cherise Shockley

Some people believe that their isn’t anything positive about living with diabetes.  I’m not sure if you are one of those people.  Last night, we discussed how switching our negative thoughts to positive thinking helps distract the “negative” things that can be associated with diabetes.  Can positive thinking be contagious? Read the questions and transcript and decide for yourself.

Q1.   What helps you stay positive when diabetes gets tough?

Q2.  Do you ever focus on the diabetes positives? What good comes from diabetes?

Q3.  Do you find that blood sugars dictate your mood?  How do you keep the numbers unemotional?

Q4. What do you do to encourage others to living with/caring for diabetes to stay positive?

Q5.  What can cheer you up in your darkest diabetes moment?  Be as specific as you can!

Q6. What inspirational quotes can you offer to someone having a down diabetes day?

Be Blessed
