This month we are going to revisit the DSMA chat from February 9th – Exercise does a body good.

When it comes to exercise, I’d venture to say that most of us either love it or hate it.  No matter which side you fall on, we hope you will share with us this month.

Those of you who are exercise buffs, please inspire us by telling us about your favorite and least favorite types of exercise. And while we’re at it, maybe share some insights on how you stay motivated and what the hardest part of staying motivated is.

We all know exercising with diabetes can be a challenge, and maybe that’s what makes it so hard for some of us to get motivated.  For those of you who find it a struggle to get exercise into your life, maybe you can touch on the most difficult thing about managing diabetes and exercising. And when you do get the urge, what are your favorite and least favorite types of exercise?

So whether you are a fitness buff or a workout avoider, let’s all help to motivate each other and remember that we aren’t alone!  Don’t forget to come back here and link your carnival post in the comments.  Also please add the following line to your post: “This post is my March entry in the DSMA Blog Carnival.  If you’d like to participate too, you can get all of the information at http://diabetessocmed.com/2011/march-dsma-blog-carnival
