Questions

Q1. Preventing, Stoping and finding a cure for diabetes is what we all hope for. what can we do in the meantime to reach, help or support PWD’s? is community outreach the next step?

Q2. Do you live in an area that has a JDRF, ADA or any diabetes organization? If so, how do you view or rate their community outreach? what are the benefits?

If you do not have a diabetes outreach program in your area-if you had one would you participate?

Q3. A lot of outreach programs are funded by the government or local grants. Do you think the lack of community outreach is caused by the lack of government funding? your thoughts?

Q3.5. Do we need government funding or backing from large diabetes organizations to reach the greater diabetes community?

Q4. There a a lot of people living with diabetes that do not have access to the online community. How can we reach them? what can we do to help impact their lives?

Q5. What does online and offline outreach mean to you? what’s the difference? what would you like to see more of?
